I'm cleaning out some of my old filing systems, and I came across this list of end-user licensing considerations I wrote up a few years back:
- Parties
- Term
- Terms and Conditions
- Limited Liability
- No Warranty
- Acceptable Use
While at the time I was focused on proprietary software, those factors are involved with open source license as well.
