Wikipedia and Wikipediaart.org OK Now?

I read on a mailing list that the Wikipedia lawyers have backed off of Wikipediaart.org now that they have a prominent disclaimer.

We'll see. It was an entertaining episode of drama. Next up is the term "fear the fear and do it anyway".
